About Us


High 5 Fitness started out as an idea among a group of four friends that are passionate about personal fitness. We would meet each other at the local gym and tend to complain that the gym had a missing element, whether it be equipment or knowledgeable fitness staff. With that, High 5 Fitness was born, we believe that there is a training technique to achieve each individual's goals and we have knowledgeable trainers to get you your results. We offer personal and group training sessions, but most of all we provide a positive workout experience.


Trainers


Willie Pace

Willie is our head trainer who eats and sleeps fitness. As a competitive powerlifter and years of training experience, he has the tools to help you achieve your goals. He is currently training for the USPA National Championships in Las Vegas, NV and hopes to place in the top of his weight class to move on to the World Championships. When he is not training for his competitions, he is training others, student athletes, semi professionals, professional athletes, and anyone who wants to look and feel better. Willie is ISSA certified and is looking forward to training you while passing out plenty of HIGH 5s! 



Jason Ioane

​Jason is one of our part time trainers who enjoys an active lifestyle. With a passion to better himself, he gained knowledge in the classroom with a B.S. in Kinesiology from San Jose State University. Jason has years of experience in leading group classes at Google, Cisco, Brocade, and several other companies. He is excited to be part of the High 5 Fitness team and wants to get you fit!
